The Mid Year 90 Day LRP includes :
* 21 DAY HABIT CHANGE CHALLENGE ( 15th May – 4th June, Zoom session 8am – 9am IST & 8pm – 9pm IST on Mondays )
* 21 DAY SELF-CARE PROGRAM ( 11th June to 1st July, Zoom session 8am – 9am IST & 8pm – 9pm IST on Mondays )
* 4 Weeks Weight Loss Challenge ( 7th July – 4th August, Zoom session 8am – 9am IST & 8pm – 9pm IST on Mondays )
* 90 Day Walk Challenge
* ( 9 th May – 6th August, Daily 3 kms walk challenge on NRC )

Sessions : Live on Zoom at 8am – 9am IST & 8pm – 9pm IST ( on Mondays )
