The 90-Day Walk Challenge integrates daily three-kilometer walks using the NRC app to boost accountability and motivation. This routine supports weight loss and helps reverse health issues linked to a sedentary lifestyle, such as diabetes and high cholesterol, while connecting you with a community for added encouragement.
