Try out my all-time favourite healthy version of mushroom soup (100 calories)
Recipe: Sauté 100 gms mushrooms, garlic and spring onions in a pressure cooker with 1/2 teaspoon of butter for 3-4 minutes. Keep aside some mushrooms for adding later. Add 1 tablespoon of oats, salt and 250 ml water and pressure cook. Blend with a hand blender. Pour in the bowl and add the balance sauté mushrooms. Season with pepper. Your healthy mushroom soup is ready to relish.
