Phase 2 (Weeks 3–7): The Weight Loss Challenge
Transition into focused weight loss with mindful eating, consistency, and sustainable routines so your results last beyond December.
Weekly Zoom Sessions:
- Sundays – 11:00 a.m. (IST)
- Mondays – 11:00 a.m. & 9:00 p.m. (IST)
Program Fee:
- ₹7,000 for (repeat clients)
- ₹8,000 for (new clients)
